In this video, I tell the story of a woman who is writing a book, a major life project. She wrote me to tell me that she is finding the process I teach to be invaluable to her process. She described how she is tapping into what I call the ‘Spine of the personality’ to help her move the book forward.

In this video I describe how her type is an Intuitive (yellow), and what she learned at my workshop that she needed as a backing, a support structure, to accomplish her goal.
